My liver is in trouble?

Since I can remember I've had headaches and joint pains. I have only 20! I try to let the pain away on its own, and never leave unless I take Advil. Maybe take an average of 4 Advil week. I have been told it is not exactly the best way to relieve the pain as is apparently a blood thinner and screws around with your liver? I have tried other prescription painkillers such as Aleve and Tylenol. No job. Only Advil. Basically I'm asking is that my liver was going to close all the Advil I've taken over the years, and probably will take it?
